Here we want to highlight one of these team members, Nicole Griswold, one of our Project Management Specialists and author of one of our recent blog posts, PetroLedger Is Your Source For Software Optimization And Training.

Nicole’s Background
Nicole has an amazing academic background starting with the University of Houston, Clear Lake, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Management. From there, she went on to work at Exxon Mobil. While working at Exxon, she continued her academics by attending the Texas Woman’s University on the weekends to get her MBA. Even now, she is continuing her learning, and recently obtained her Scrum Master certification.
Her time at Exxon was only the beginning of her oil & gas career. She continued to build her foundation of skills at DOW Chemical Company where she was in EA and learned payroll, legacy systems, and many of the software programs essential to this field. From there she moved on to work for 10 years at the ONR Railroad Commission. All of this has allowed her to work in oil & gas from the pipeline to accounting and revenue, and everything in between.
Nicole’s Role Day-To-Day
As a Project Management Specialist, Nicole assists in the implementation of new software for our clients. She sees a great deal of variety in the work that she does with clients’ needs, varying from longer and larger projects to quick sprints of work they need completed. Nicole works hand-in-hand with our software partners and ensures that she is working with an end-user mindset to get the best results for our clients.

Nicole stresses that her day always starts with collaboration – whether that is with the rest of her team, software partners, or clients. No matter the task that she is doing, collaboration is always in the back of her mind to ensure that everyone is always working together effectively by staying focused on deadlines and providing timely, quality work.
