Today we’d like to introduce Steve Hernandez, our new Vice President of Organizational Development. We sat down with him to ask a few questions so you can get to know him a little better - keep reading to check it out!
I would love to become an expert at International travel. There is so much to see and so little time to see it all.
I’ve always been in an HR role. Most of my experience is in Organizational Development and Talent Management. My undergrad and graduate degrees are in Human Resources Management. I’m certified in numerous personality assessments and leadership development programs, including DiSC, MBTI, TKI, Birkman, Hogan, and Lominger Voices 360.
The fictional place I would visit is the Emerald City. I’ve seen Wicked four times and really love the story and music.
As the newly hired VP of Organizational Development, I am currently spending time learning about the operations, culture, and people throughout the entire organization. Ultimately, my role is to help leaders build a culture that attracts, develops, and retains employees to grow the organization.
Currently, my favorite way to exercise is by doing a boot camp 2-3 times a week.
