Each person has a background and skill set that makes them vital to our mission. Today, we want to highlight one of these team members, Jordan Torrez, our Sales Development Representative.

Jordan’s Background

Jordan comes to us after working on the other side of the oil & gas industry. Switching from working on the front lines to working behind the scenes has been quite the adjustment, but Jordan has taken it all in stride.

“It's been an experience, I'll say that, but in a good way, just because, one, the clients that you get to meet, but also to my team — it's been the best thing that I've been a part of.”‍

Jordan has been with us just shy of a year now and while it is safe to say that the job has been quite different from those he’s had before, he has enjoyed the change of scenery.

Jordan’s Role Day-To-Day

As our Sales Development Representative, Jordan is the first point of contact for potential new clients, and current clients looking to expand their services. When those clients come to him, Jordan’s top priority is making sure that they are pointed in the right direction.

“A lot of people come into the space and either know what they want or don't know what they want, so it’s crucial for us to be able to point them in the right direction and make sure that they're getting the help that they need.”

Jordan’s day starts off with ensuring that any requests that came in after hours are responded to and directed to the appropriate departments. From there, his main goal is to make sure that every potential client has all of the information that they need to make an informed decision at the end of the day.
